Thank you for your help today. The Institute has been using the ICARE system for well over 18 months.

We were able to generate our reports to OTFE in a fraction of the time - and the AVETMISS compliance of the system means that a simple download onto one floppy disk can send all our records to OTFE at the end of each calendar year.

I examined several training recording systems available.

I selected ICARE because of the features it offered and the logic of its operation. Since implementing the system I have determined two major satisfying points.

It works. We reported to OTFE with a minimum of fuss and without any follow up questions or problems.

There is back up support and advice readily available and provided in a friendly manner.
